To all my blended families out there, as we work through our challenges, I know from personal experience the road gets tough sometimes and it’s easy to get discouraged and lose hope.  Keeping our expectations realistic while maintaining enough optimism to remain positive and hopeful can be a difficult scale to balance.

My Family Blender’s “Show Your Blended Love” campaign is here to encourage those of us living the blended life by displaying the beauty, joy, and love that shines from our amazing families.  Though we have our unique challenges, blended families are so much more than the adversity and drama that often comes with the blended life.  In fact, in the end, the things we endure and overcome are what makes our families unbelievably strong and the whole experience one beautiful journey.
